Zig Zag Road Winery is a cool climate, community driven vineyard and winery in the Macedon Ranges, run by Henry and Harriet Churchill along with their friends.
The estate features dry grown wines crafted from carefully handpicked bunches of 50 year-old vines, rooted in rich basalt soil at an elevation of 520 metres.
Zig Zag Road Winery embrace a minimal intervention approach that allows the exceptional quality of the grapes to shine through. Their range of wines includes elegant and fresh riesling, pinot noir, and cool climate syrah.
With a focus on modern and innovative winemaking, Zig Zag Road Winery create medium-bodied wines with minimal time on skins or in oak, letting the pure fruit flavours take centre stage.
Wine Tasting: The Zig Zag Road Winery cellar door is the best place to try a range of their hand crafted cool climate wines. Tastings are updated seasonally with each new vintage.
Tastings are $10 per person, with $5 redeemable with each purchase.

When
Opening hours during winter from June through to the end of August are Saturdays from 12 – 5pm.
