In the heart of Daylesford, the Brick Lane Bazaar is an absolute treasure trove for those with an eye for the eclectic and unique. Combining the charm of a vintage store with the vibrancy of a local market, this bazaar offers a shopping experience like no other.
Brick Lane Bazaar is a must visit for those who love retro, vintage, collectibles, toys, comics, cameras, clothes, signs, posters, books and more.
We have been to Brick Lane Bazaar multiple times and won't be stopping anytime soon. A great thing about Brick Lane Bazaar is that the stock is changing all the time and you never know what you are going to find. This adds to the excitement and means you can come again and again and always find something to buy or look at.
I love vinyl and always check out Brick Lane Bazaar on the off chance I'll find something. Sadly the times of vinyl bargains are long gone but you never know what you may find. While Brick Lane Bazaar seems to have more new stock than second hand but it's always worth a look.
Brick Lane Bazaar has retro and vintage clothes that is frequently changing. If you are lucky you might find something unique that you've been searching for. If not it's still nice having a look see and rummaging about. That's part of the charm of a place like Brick Lane Bazaar.
There are always a few film cameras and lenses on offer at Brick Lane Bazaar. I can't vouch for the quality or pricing but those in the know will know a bargain when they see one. I saw a few box brownies and Pentax film cameras and more.
If you are into toys from your youth than Brick Lane Bazaar has quite the selection. Thomas the Tank Engine, DC, Marvel, Japanese anime characters, Astro Boy, teenage mutant ninja turtles, Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars and more. It's pot luck as to if anything is a bargain or collectible but those who are really into it will know what they're looking for. For the rest of us it's just a chance to re-live our youth.
Brick Lane Bazaar is high roofed with a bright white interior and a decent sized store. Not too large that you can't be bothered looking at most things but still a decent size. That means that Brick Lane Bazaar can stock a sizeable collection of things to view and has a decent range of different types of things. It also means that you can enjoy wandering around a bit and the shopping experience is a reasonable amount of time.
