The Laverton Market is a popular market popular with local residents held every Saturday and Sunday. That makes it very easy to remember!
Still the Laverton Market is busy every weekend and seemingly very popular although I live locally and only go maybe once a year. However to keep the kids happy this is a great place as you shoud be able to pick something up very cheap.
Primarily a second hand market with lots of bric-a-brac and plenty of tools and plants. It's not so great for the artisan type products.
The market pretty much sells everything and is super busy. It's a bit of a heartless market and food establishments for a market of this size are only average.
