Lancefield is centrally located close to many wineries in the Macedon Ranges. Better yet because of its location you can do a wine trail that is quite different from doing a wine trail from Macedon.
Oh, to have such choice!

Highly Recommended: Mount Monument
We have to say that Mount Monument is one of our favourites. You can decide to do a standard wine tasting in the outer foyer area or go all in on a semi fine dining restaurant experience.
With amazing artwork both in the restaurant as well as an outside sculpture park Mount Monument is a one of a kind experience and is highly recommended if you want to treat yourself to something special.

Close to home: Cleveland Estate
Another easy recommend is Cleveland Estate. At only 3 minutes drive away from Lancefield this is worth a visit just for a look around. Cleveland Estate has lovely views so if you are interested we suggest booking ahead and ask for a table with the best views to avoid disappointment.

Make Your Own Adventure
We'd like to have been to every winery in the Macedon Ranges wine region but alas we haven't. As such you'll have to do some of your own research or just go with the flow. Tread your own path!
