I recently visited Elements Activity Coastal Park in Wyndham Harbour, Melbourne, and it was a delightful experience. Nestled along the picturesque coastline, this park is a gem that offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Elements Activity Coastal Park in Wyndham Harbour comprises of three main activity areas. You can enjoy:
- the picnic lawn;
- coffee corner; or
- play a round of mini-golf.
Short Walks
The park's design beautifully integrates natural landscapes with modern amenities. Small walking trails offer stunning views of Wyndham Harbour looking out towards Melbourne CBD in one direction. While you can also walk in the opposite direction out to Werribee South Beach. The paths are well-maintained, making it easy for both casual walkers and avid joggers to enjoy the scenery.
Coffee Corner
One of the highlights is Coffee Corner that is centrally located in the centre of Elements Coastal Activity Park.
Coffee Corner is a pretty little area with quite a lot of seating both external and protected. The indoor seating is much appreciated as being a coastal area you never know what the weather is going to be like. The cafe has plenty of snacks, drinks, coffee and more. The light meals are worth a go to as an alternative to the local cafe.
Coffee Corner is also nicely protected from the blazing sun. If you get of those seemingly rare super hot and sunny Melbourne days you will appreciate being out of the sun.
Mini Golf
Of course probably the primary reason to visit Elements Coastal Activity Park is to play mini-golf.
The mini-golf course has a wonderful backdrop with Wyndham Harbour and the Melbourne CBD in the background. I have got to say this is one of the best views going for a round of mini-golf.
You can call it mini-golf but Elements Coastal Activity Park have managed to make it a complete 18 hole golf course so you can pretend you are at the hallowed St Andrews Golf Club.
Enjoy the fun of mini-golf at Elements Coastal Activity Park. It's definitely nice to get outdoors and get the kids away from those video screens. The kids get competitive and you just might too as well!
Fees apply to play mini-golf although there is a small discount for the family package (2 adults plus two kids).
