While generally seemingly appealing to the older crowd its a great multi-generational occasion to enjoy friendly vibes and a great positive atmosphere. Not easy in these somewhat polarising times we live in. It's fantastic to get away from it all and enjoy some great live music.
First Sunday of each month enjoy a great pub lunch then take in some live sounds! FREE entry. Great live music from 2pm at the Sunbury Social Club. Proudly presented by Sunbury Radio www.sunburyradio.com.au
While you can come along just for the music from 2PM I'd suggest you support the venue, keep local music alive and enjoy a nice pub lunch while you are here.
The venue I guess could be described as semi cavern like albeit a lot brighter. Nothing to complain about and people definitely get into the swing of things with people happy to get active and dance just in front of the stage.
Expect a few different artists to make an appearance which adds variety and keeps things interesting. A jam session is to be expected and fits in perfectly with the positive vibes going on here. I guess many thanks are in order to the participating musicians and Sunbury Radio.
In this modern age we live in it's great to come to a place that has a genuine community feel.
